Many people talk about and work with the seven primary chakras in the middle pillar of the body. But did you know that we all have many more chakras? In this introductory class Troy will explain the basics of energy body anatomy and energy flow in the body. Then he will teach a variety of simple exercises that increase vital energy flow in your hands. In the exercises, he will teach what he was doing after his Walk-In, long before learning Reiki, that allowed him to project magnetic energy from his hands.

Working with your hand chakras is an ability that you will be able to do for your whole life after learning it. This class is a primer for Reiki 1, a class that Troy will be offering in the near future. 

This class is an in person event and will be located in the large movement room of Health Discovery Acupuncture & Yoga in the Columbia City Healing Space. The price is $65 for adults and $40 for minors 17 and younger and seniors 65 and older.
